About the Company

Since 1999, the staff at RB Distributes LLC has worked various roles within the Supply Chain industry. Those roles include all activities from pre-Procurement to post-Shipment and everything in between! We have implemented and managed services for several industries and business models.

We have had many fulfilling experiences, but we have also witnessed and identified many opportunities.

The opportunity we primarily aim to assist companies with is the disconnect between Distribution employees (such as Warehouse/Stockroom personnel, material handlers, etc.) and other departments within the same company (such as Inventory/Material Planners, Purchasing, etc.)

 

How do we help you?

               We have created a curriculum aligned with educating and empowering Distribution employees. We teach (either onsite at your company or through Zoom) those employees the basics of Supply Chain Management with an emphasis on inventory control, operational excellence, collaboration, and customer service. We also help them connect the work they do to the overall success of the company.

               The increased knowledge and skill set these employees receive help to yield the following results:
